Department of Posts delivers first-ever ONDC online order as logistics service provider.
- Integration of – Department of Posts with Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC)
- Objective – To enable sellers on ONDC-enabled buyer applications to select the Department of Posts for parcel pickup, booking, transmission, and delivery through its extensive nationwide postal network.

- It serves as a unified platform where stakeholders can interact freely without the constraints of exclusive ecosystems.
- Launched in – 2022, by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce.
- Based on – Open-sourced methodology, using open specifications and open network protocols independent of any specific platform.
- Objective – To promote open networks for all aspects of exchange of goods and services over digital or electronic networks.
- Significance – By fostering open protocols and reducing dependency on monopolistic platforms.

Composite Salary Account Package for Central Government Employees
- Launched by – Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance.
- Associated with – Public Sector Banks.
- 3 core segments – Banking, Insurance and Cards.
- Objective – To provide a comprehensive suite of banking and insurance benefits under a single, seamless account structure.
- To ensure maximum coverage, uniformity and convenience for employees across all cadres [Group A, B and C].
- Significance – It aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047 and the national commitment towards Insurance for All by 2047.

National Campaign on Entrepreneurship
- Launched by – Ministry of Rural Development.
- Aim – To train and build capacity of 50,000 community resource persons (CRPs) on enterprise promotion and impart EDP training to 50 lakh SHG members of DAY-NRLM.
- Significance – It presents a strategic opportunity to deepen enterprise development across India’s rural landscape, foster local economic growth and unlock the entrepreneurial potential of SHG women.

GeM marks 7 years of womaniya initiative to strengthen women-led MSE.
- Launched under – Government e-Marketplace (GeM), in 2019.
- Objectives – To address the limited access of women entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to government markets.
- To provide a direct, transparent and fully digital interface with government buyers.
- To eliminate intermediaries and reduced entry barriers that had historically constrained women participation.

Paripoorna Mediclaim Ayush Bima for CGHS beneficiaries
- Launched by – Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance.
- Eligibility – Exclusively available to CGHS beneficiaries with a maximum of 6 members per policy.
- Coverage – It provides indemnity-based in-patient hospitalization coverage within India, with sum insured options of Rs.10 Lakh or Rs.20 Lakh.
- Product will have Co-payment component allowing beneficiaries to choose between 70:30 or 50:50 co-sharing between insurance company and the subscribers.
- Objective – To provide cashless facilities, modern treatments and access to a wide network of hospitals.

Pilot for Real-Time Stray Cattle Safety Alert on National Highways
- Launched by – National Highways Authority of India.
- Implemented on – Jaipur–Agra and Jaipur–Rewari National Highway corridors.
- Mechanism – Location-based alerts will be triggered for the National Highway commuters, providing advance warnings approximately 10 km before identified high-risk stretches.
- Objectives – To deliver real-time safety alerts to National Highway users approaching stray cattle–prone zones.
- To reduce accidents caused by sudden cattle movement on the National Highways, particularly during fog and low-visibility conditions.

- Report prepared by – Sankala Foundation.
- Highlights – It provides a scientific, community-driven and scalable framework to strengthen the ‘Aravalli Green Wall Project’.
- It emphasises that restoration efforts must be landscape-scale, data-driven, community-anchored and multidisciplinary.
- Note – Aravalli ecosystem is protected by 4 tiger reserves and 18 protected areas.

Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS)
- It is the primary source of data on activity participation and employment and unemployment conditions of the population.
- Conducted by – National Statistical Office (NSO), under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI).
- Key labour market indicators – Labour Force Participation Rate (LFPR), Worker Population Ratio (WPR) and Unemployment Rate (UR) at the all-India level following the Current Weekly Status (CWS) approach.
- Key highlights - Age group 15 years and above.
- Overall LFPR continued its upward trend since June, 2025 and stood at 56.1% in December, 2025.
- Female LFPR, recorded a sustained increase since June, 2025 and stood at 35.3% in December 2025, marking the highest level observed during the year.
- Following a decline in June, 2025, the overall WPR, showed a sustained recovery and reached its yearly peak of 53.4% in December, 2025.
- Rural male and female workforce participation increased in December 2025, reaching 76.0% and 38.6%, respectively.
