Gobardhan Scheme
The Galvanizing Organic Bio-Agro Resources Dhan (GOBAR-DHAN) scheme is implemented under the Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin-Phase 2, by the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation under the Jal Shakti ministry.
It was launched in 2018.

Energy Island
An energy island is based on a platform that serves as a hub for electricity generation from surrounding offshore wind farms.
The idea is to connect and distribute power between Denmark and neighbouring countries.
Denmark has already entered into agreements with the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium to begin the joint analysis of connections in the energy island.
One of these islands will be located in the North Sea and the second island, called the island of Bornholm, will be located in the Baltic Sea.
It will be able to store and produce enough green energy to cover the electricity requirements of over 3 million households in the European Union (EU).
Denmark wants to become the first country in the world to begin working on such energy islands with a total capacity of about 5 GW offshore winds.

Micro Irrigation Fund
Recently, the Finance Minister in the Union Budget 2021-22 has announced an additional corpus of Rs. 5000 crore for Micro Irrigation Fund (MIF).
The MIF was conceptualised in 2019-20 with a corpus of Rs. 5000 crore under National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare is the Nodal Ministry.
The objective of the fund is to facilitate State Governments’ efforts in mobilizing additional resources for expanding coverage under micro irrigation.
The fund is aimed at incentivizing its adoption beyond provisions of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana-Per Drop More Crop (PMKSY-PDMC).
PMJSY-PDMC
It focuses on enhancing water use efficiency at farm level through Micro Irrigation technologies viz. Drip and Sprinkler irrigation systems.
The drip micro irrigation technique not only helps in water saving but also in reducing fertilizer usage, labour expenses and other input costs.

One Person Companies (OPCs)
Section 2(62) of Companies Act defines a one-person company as a company that has only one person as to its member.
Furthermore, members of a company are nothing but subscribers to its memorandum of association, or its shareholders.
Recently, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has amended the One Person Companies (OPCs) rules after the announcement made by Finance Minister in Union Budget 2021-22.
The new rules have reduced the residency limit for an Indian citizen to set up an OPC from 182 days to 120 days.
The amendment will allow Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to incorporate OPCs in India.
The rule relating to voluntary conversion unless OPC has completed two years from the date of incorporated is proposed to be omitted.
Thus the conversion of One Person Company into a Public company or a Private company shall be permitted anytime.
