Okay, okay, I get what you're saying about the complexities of local governance... It's like trying to navigate a maze designed by a committee of cats. So many structures, so much... well, stuff. Honestly, sometimes I feel like my understanding of Constitutional bodies is about as solid as my high score on flappy bird. Remember that game? Pure, unadulterated frustration disguised as fun.
