From what I’ve learned, Visakhapatnam Port was indeed among the first in India to introduce green ship incentives linked to ESI, so all three statements appear correct (option c). Learning policies like this feels a bit like progressing in FNF , where the boyfriend beats one opponent after another to win the girlfriend’s love—step by step, you understand the system better.

Interesting quiz question! I always struggle with remembering specific environmental initiatives. Those details about which pollutants the ESI covers are tricky.
