Samvad Samaroh and Recognition Programme for WaSH Warriors
- Organized by – Ministry of Jal Shakti.
- Objective – To honour individuals who have demonstrated leadership in water conservation and sanitation at the grassroots level.
- National recognition – 58 WaSH (WAter, Sanitation, and Hygiene) Warriors nominated by States and Union Territories under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) participated in the programme.

Green Penalty Funds - Usage Rules Notified
The Union Environment Ministry notified usage rules for the Environment Protection Fund (EPF).
- Penalties from – Environmental (Protection) Act, 1986; Air Act, 1981; the Water Act, 1974.
- Funds transferred to – Consolidated Fund of India (CFI), then the Public Account.
- Fund composition –
- Administrative expenses capped at ≤5% annually, subject to Centre/State approval.
- 75% of funds allocated to a dedicated Environmental Fund, reserved exclusively for environmental purposes.
- 25% allocated to Public Account, with Centre retaining flexible usage authority.

C-DOT has been conferred the “SKOCH Award-2025” for its Cell Broadcast Solution (CBS).
- C-DOT is a premier research and development centre, under the aegis of Department of Telecommunications, for telecommunication technologies.
- It has been instrumental in developing indigenous technologies supporting government initiatives like Digital India and Make in India.
- Currently working on – Futuristic technologies like 5G, 6G, Quantum, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

C-DOT’s Cell Broadcast Solution
- It is an indigenous disaster and emergency alert platform designed to enable near real-time dissemination of life-saving information to citizens in affected areas through cellular networks.
- It is a disaster and emergency platform which brings disaster alert generation agencies-
- India Meteorological Department (IMD) for weather,
- Central Water Commission (CWC) for floods,
- Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS) for tsunamis/oceanic events,
- Defence Geo-informatics Research Establishment (DGRE) for landslides, and
- Forest Survey of India (FSI) for forest fires;
- All mobile operators for delivery of broadcast message; SDMAs and NDMAs for approving the alerts & disaster management, on a single integrated unified platform.
- This indigenous, cost effective and fully automated system has enabled geo-targeted, multi-hazard alerting with multi lingual (21 languages) support.

- Aim – To build a structured digital framework for promoting authentic AYUSH medicines and wellness products through verified online channels.

- Creation of a dedicated AYUSH store front on Zepto, enabling consumers to access verified AYUSH products easily.
- Promotion of AYUSH Quality Mark (AQM) compliance to ensure adherence to certified standards and authenticity.
- Identification of eligible AYUSH manufacturers by AYUSHEXCIL, especially among MSMEs, for digital onboarding.
- Joint consumer awareness initiatives focusing on authentic information and responsible usage of AYUSH products.
