IEPFA and SEBI to Organise ‘Niveshak Shivir’ in Bhopal
- Niveshak Shivir – Promotes a direct, intermediary-free engagement between investors, companies, and Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs).
- Act as – one-stop facilitation platform to assist investors in resolving issues related to unclaimed dividends and shares,
- It also enable direct access to investor services and on-ground grievance redressal mechanisms.

- Under – Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Entrusted with – Responsibility of administration of the Investor Education Protection Fund (IEPF).
- It also makes refunds of shares, unclaimed dividends, matured deposits/debentures etc. to investors.
- Promotes – awareness among investors, and protecting the interests of the investors.
- It does not offer any investment advice or evaluation.

Competition Commission of India (CCI)
CCI approves acquisition of Macquarie AirFinance by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd through DAE Eirecam Designated Activity Company
- CCI is the statutory regulatory body.
- Under – the Ministry of Corporate Affairs responsible for enforcing the Competition Act, 2002.
- Ensures – fair market competition, investigates anti-competitive agreements and abuses of dominant position, and regulates corporate mergers and acquisitions to protect consumer interests.

National Sports Tribunal (NST)
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has invited applications for the appointment of two Members of the NST.
- NST – a statutory body, established under the National Sports Governance Act, 2025.
- Constituted to – adjudicate and hear disputes relating to sports.
- Eligibility – persons of eminence in public life possessing wide knowledge and experience in sports, public administration, and law can send applications.
- The selection process will be conducted by the Search-cum-Selection Committee.

Delhi-Mumbai Expressway
- Highlight – PM inauguration of the 36-km Kim-Ena section (Package VI) and the 27.5-km Gandeva-Ena section (Package VII) of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
- The eight-lane corridor is expected to significantly reduce travel times and improve regional connectivity.
