- Aim – To promote awareness and appreciation of Indian performing arts including classical dance.

- It is an autonomous organization under Ministry of culture.
- Established in – 1979.
- Headquarter – New Delhi.
- 4 regional centres – Udaipur (RJ), Hyderabad (TS), Guwahati (Assam) and Damoh (MP).
- Function - Organizes theoretical and theme based academic programmes on Indian art and culture for teachers and students.

Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme
- Implemented by – CCRT, Ministry of culture.
- Aim - To provide facilities to outstanding young children to develop their talents in various cultural fields.
- Eligibility - 10 to 14 years, who are studying either in recognized schools or belonging to families practicing traditional art forms.
- Scholarship - Rs. 5000/- per month for a period of 2 years.

International Regulatory Cooperation for Herbal Medicines (IRCH)
India hosted 3 days World Health Organization (WHO)–International Regulatory Cooperation for Herbal Medicines (IRCH) workshop, in Ghaziabad.
- It is a global network of regulatory authorities responsible for regulation of herbal medicines.
- Established in – 2006.
- Mission – To collaborate and share the best practices to help WHO on improving the guidelines of herbal medicines.
- To raise awareness regarding their safe use in health & wellbeing.
- Member – As of now 49 including India.

Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H)
- An autonomous body under Ministry of AYUSH.
- Established in – 2010, homoeopathy added in 2014.
- Registered under – Societies Registration Act, 1860.
- It acts as central drug testing cum appellate laboratory for Indian systems of Medicine & Homoeopathy.

Ayush Suraksha Portal
- Launched in – May 2025.
- Aim – To enhance regulatory transparency in the Ayush sector.
- Features – A centralized dashboard for real-time tracking of suspected Adverse Drug Reactions.
- Captures misleading/Objectionable Advertisements.
- Enable prompt regulatory action and in-depth data analysis.
- Significance – Aligned with the National Pharmacovigilance Program.

National Pharmacovigilance Program
Pharmacovigilance is the science dedicated to reduce the risk of drug-related harms to patients.
- It is a Central sector scheme.
- Initiated in – 2003, under the control of Central Drug Standards Control Organization (CDSCO).
- Funded by – Ministry of AYUSH.
- Aim – To safeguard the public from the harmful effects of medicine and to manage a data base of Adverse Drug Reactions.
- To provide evidence-based recommendations towards clinical safety of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homeopathy (ASU & H) Drugs.

50th anniversary of Samvidhan Hatya Diwas
Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Home Affairs, formally notified that “Samvidhan Hatya Diwas” would be observed annually.
- It is a national commemoration, paying homage to those who suffered during the National Emergency of 1975.
- Observed on – 25th June, throughout India.
- Objectives – To focus on education and public engagement.
- To raise awareness among public, students and youth.

Initiative of Road Safety Training
- It is a central sector scheme.
- Implemented by – Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
- Aim – To improve road safety by inculcating good driving habits through driving training in systematic & scientific manner.
- 3 types of establishments
- Institutes of Driving Training and Research (IDTR).
- Regional Driving Training Centres (RDTCs) –1 RDTC per 1 crore population.
- Driving Training Centres (DTCs).
