According to constitution desicion  of speaker about money bill can not be reviewed in any court of law, right??

IAS Parliament 7 years

The following is been given in the constitution "If any question arises whether a Bill is a Money Bill or not, the decision of the Speaker of the House of the People thereon shall be final".

It has so far been interpreted in a way that the Speaker’s decision cannot be challenged in a court of law.

But in the recent Aadhar judgment, the SC noted that the decision of the Speaker to classify a bill as Money bill is amenable to judicial review.

The Speaker’s decision may now be scrutinised under the provisions of Article 110 of the Constitution to see whether the bill actually covers the issue of receipt and spending of money.
