Ques 2 asks for 'incorrect statement' --- so option 'a' is incorrect but the answer provided is wrong.

Statement 'b' is correct while 'a' is incorrect.

So how can option 'b' be the answer?

Please clarify! Thank you.

True. Since the directive is "Not Correct", answer has to be option 'a'
